Name: Catrina ‘Cat’ Enya Hayden
Age: 23
Race: Human
Origin: Catrina’s parent, Aiden and Bree, had been trying their luck at the lottery for years in hopes of sending their only daughter off to have a better life. The child was gifted creatively, something not highly sought after on the crew. Finally just before their daughter turned 3 they won a ticket. After a year of tests and procedures she was place in the tub and sent off of earth. Her position that was chose for her was Photographer. She would be in charge of documenting the life on the new planet once they landed. It was a bitter sweet day as her parents said their goodbyes.
Personality: Cat is a happy go lucky kind of person. She was always bubbly as a child, which carried over into her adult years. She is an optimistic girl, always looking for the good in people, and big on second chances. She’s creative and has a wonderful eye for photography. Even as a child, Cat was a kind and loving person. She loves people but has no problem working on her own. Her own naivety is her down fall, she is overly trusting and tends to act first and think later, running into problems.
Ethnicity: Irish
Appearance:
Role Play Sample: The glass door opened slowly as a limp body lay inside the box. The young redhead was motionless as a timer went off. Color regained in her face and appendages as her body began to twitch slightly. “Miss Hayden….” she could hear softly repeating. “Miss Hayden, can you hear me?” She could feel a touch on her shoulder as if to wake her.
Slowly her blue eyes peaked open. The light was harsh and her vision was blurry. Quickly before anyone could act she jerked forward coughing and gasping for breath. Her hand reached to her throat as if to signal she couldn’t speak or breathe. Arms caught her as she collapsed to the hard floor below her. “Help… Help me…” She groaned.
No one moved. Obviously they were giving her time to recover. After what felt like forever, the room became clear. Cat could hear the monitors and footsteps around her. Last she remembered she had been hooked to machines and closed into a tiny box… that was… what… years ago- So many years ago. She was no longer a small child, but now had the body of a woman. Just then Catrina noticed she was lacking clothing; it was then that someone placed a soft blanket over her shoulders. After a few more moments of silent someone spoke up, welcoming her back to life and explaining what had happened while she was frozen. She was then led to a locker with her clothing which she quickly changed into.
