Origin: [Colonists:How did the get in the freezer tube? Who their parents were, why were they selected to have their children go on the Colony. Were they researchers on the team making the thing? Did they earn that chance by mere luck?
Personality: On the outside, Dominic seems like any XO might seem. Focused, straight-laced, and by the books. His idea of command and leadership stems from a very military point of view. Respect is earned, and should always be given, especially to those with rank. He does not enjoy countermanding orders whether he agrees or not, from his Captain, nor does he enjoy those who do so under him. He's especially particular about the following of rules, which to him helps keep order and peace. Order and peace are, of course, detrimental to running a ship or more importantly, a colony. He helps his Captain run a tight ship, taking the title of upfront and serious Commander so the Captain can be a better figurehead.
On the inside though, Dominic is very much a softie. He doesn't enjoy being mean, or reprimanding someone, but he feels he has to. He'd prefer a drink,
