This was... interesting. And big. Mostly big. Far, far larger than the little settlement that his pack had resided in, no doubt. Beyond that, though... what even was it? Was there something inside it? It had taken him some time to get to, inclusive of the time it took to elude his pack to be forever free and on his own; surely something about it had to make it all worth it, right?
Hm.
More immediately, though... there were scents. Very strange scents, the likes of which his nose had never caught before. Something to do with this... giant thing, no doubt! Maybe there were other folks around, even? Better yet, maybe he could ask them about all this? It was at least worth a try, and since he was already here and on his own, he didn't exactly have much to lose. Sure, he was the 'runt', but he could still handle himself quite well.
So the young Creai set off, quietly as he could manage, a slight rustle of foliage the only sounds to mark his passage. Well, those and the slight sniffs he made at the air to make certain he was still on the trail of this... whatever exactly he was trailing. Other creature, presumably. Whether he particularly knew or cared was up in the air; the simple fact was he was following it, and he'd find out what it was when he got there. That was merely all there was to it.
Or maybe he'd pay a bit too much attention to that and not enough attention to other things and catch his foot on a root. Either way worked.
Grumbling slightly to himself, the fox man found himself a bit glad and a bit not that he'd landed mostly in tall grass and miscellaneous leaves and similar refuse. On one hand, the cushion caused the fall to barely hurt in the slightest; on the other, it made noise. And he was so close, too!
Well, never mind, then. He was probably already spotted, so might as well just run with it.
That little thought in mind, he pushed himself up quickly to a kneeling position, dark green eyes focused on the whatever this red-topped probably creature was. "Whatcha doin' out here? Gettin' food an' stuff for yer... er... thing... if that big thing is yours..." the Creai openly, curiously inquired with his head tilted a little to the side in a gesture of the same, glancing momentarily to said 'big thing' -- that was, the crashed Hyperion -- before his eyes returned to the whatever he'd spoken to before him.
